Pre-incoming year
The tab Pre-incoming year allows you to:
- foresee the teaching requirements for the following year;
- automatically assign the teachers to the services;
- distribute the students in the classes according to your criteria;
- automatically generate the courses using the defined requirements.
Verify the subjects and the teachers
The subjects and teachers are those of the current year. It is up to you to update some data according to what you know about next year’s organization. Know that the ETM (MEF) inherit the information entered for the subjects. By specifying the disciplines
at this stage, you will avoid repeating a modification in the services of every ETM.
- Go to the tab Pre-incoming year > Subjects > List.
- Double-click in the column Discipline so you can specify the teacher’s discipline for every subject. If the subject is taught by teachers from different disciplines, you can specify the discipline for every provisional
class later.
- If necessary, in the column Stu./Gr. modify the maximum number of students when the taught subject is in a reduced population.
- Then go to the tab Pre-incoming year > Teachers > List.
- Verify the Discipline: you can allocate several disciplines to the same teacher and itemize the provision per discipline.
- Modify the Provision and the ECA if you already know they will be different next year.
