DTMD
The Distribution Table of Means per Discipline compares the provisional requirements to the means that you have at your disposal. From this table, you can verify the number of job positions and overtime hours that you need to assure all the studies.
Consult the DTMD (TRMD)
Go to the tab Pre-incoming year > Provisional requirements > 
DTMD.
- The weighted teaching hours are calculated according to the information that you have entered in Pre-incoming year > ETM >
Services. - The hours of ECA (AHE) are entered from the tab Teachers and summed by discipline.
- The Final means counts the teachers with a status Definitive and their Provision (number of hours due by the teachers), from which are deducted the eventual ECA entered in the tab Teachers. By double-clicking on Provision, you visualize the concerned teachers.
- The column Differential allows the comparison of your means and requirements.
Specify the provisional means
- Go to the tab Pre-incoming year > Provisional requirements > DTMD.
- Double-click in the column Hours of the Provisional means.
- In the popup window, create the expected teachers: you will find them in the list of teachers with the status Provisional.
- In the column Assessment, EDT makes a quantitative assessment of your means according to the specified provisional means.
Choose the weighting mode
The weighting can be:
- dynamic, calculated from the provisional services (it is the default option; the weighting is automatically recalculated if you modify the provisional services),
- static, calculated from the timetable, the preparation of the courses or the distribution of the services. The modifications conducted afterwards in the concerned displays are not automatically taken into account; for this, you must relaunch the command.
You can conduct a dynamic weighting in multi-selection and transfer to an automatic calculation mode.
- Go to the tab Pre-incoming year > Provisional requirements > DTMD.
- Select the concerned services, right-click and choose Dynamic weighting from the services or Static weight set by > [the criteria of your choice].
