Parents Webspace

The Parents Webspace is the Webspace from which every guardian connects. For this, he/she must a username and password that are automatically generated (Password and username). According to the granted authorizations, he/she can:

• modify their password, contact information and contact preferences;
• modify the personal data of their child (password, medical information, dietary regime);
• submit documents requested by the institution (Required documents);
• justify the absences of their child;
• consult the homework notebook of their child;
• consult the digital textbooks;
• consult the last grades, gradebook and report card;
• consult the school transcript and multi-annual monitoring;
• consult the timetable, actualized in real time;
• consult the absences, tardiness or sanctions;
• visualize the list of the pedagogical team, eventually with the teachers' e-mail if they agree to be contacted;
• know when teachers are absent;
• enter the orientation wishes;
• consult their child's internship form and the list of companies;
• specify their desiderata for the parent/teacher meetings and consult the meeting's schedule;
• access to the communication tools (information, surveys, discussions);
• visualize the agenda, cafeteria menus and scholastic calendar.

The most used features are also available via the mobile application PRONOTE (Mobile application).

Publish and configure the Parents Webspace

Online Webspaces

Specify the publication date for the gradebooks, report cards, competencies, etc. 

The results of a test/evaluation of competencies is published on the date indicated by the teacher during the creation of the test/evaluation. If the teacher planned a corrected copy, it is published at the same time.

By default, the gradebooks are published at the beginning of each semester. To modify the publication dates, go to Communication > PRONOTE.net > , select Parents Webspace in the drop-down menu, then Gradebooks in the tree structure (Gradebooks).

By default, the report cards and periodic assessments are published at the end of each semester. To modify the publication dates, go to Communication > PRONOTE.net > , select Parents Webspace in the drop-down menu, then My report card (Report card) and/or My periodic assessment (Competence bulletin) in the tree structure.

Note: the dates are identical for the Students Webspace.

Manage the accounts of the guardians 

By default, every guardian has their own Webspace, username and password. The command Reset the access to Parents Webspace ensures that you have applied the
same settings for all guardians.

1. Go to the tab Resources > Guardians >  Form.
2. In the menu Edit, choose Reset the access to Parents Webspace.

3. In the popup window, leave the option Open the access to all other guardians "Legal" or "Responsible" ticked by default (recommended) or choose the other option to have only one access per family.

Password and username

See the date of the last connection to the Parents Webspace 

Consult the column Date of last connection from the tab Resources > Guardians >  List. If you do not see this column, click on the button  on the top right of the list to display it (List).
