Required documents

Parents may submit documents requested by the institution from their Webspace.

Establish the filing of document for the parents 

 Prerequisite  You must be a user from the group Administration.

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > general > Requested documents.
  2. Click on the add line, enter the name of the wanted document and validate with the key [Enter]. In the popup windows, tick the concerned  classes then indicate a deadline for the submission if required.
  3.  New  A tick in the column Available for consultation HT allows the concerned homeroom teachers and tutors to consult the documents uploaded by the guardians from the Parents Webspace. These documents can be viewed from the Client, in the tab  Resources > Students >  Documents provided by the guardians.

Note: the maximum size of attached documents is modified in the menu Parameters > Communication > Mail/SMS/Messaging service, in the frame Attachments (maximum 2048 Kb).

Recover the documents submitted by the parents 

 Prerequisite  You must be a user from the group Administration.

  1. Go to the tab Resources > Students >  Documents provided by the guardians.
  2. Click on the document click on a document to open it or proceed with a multi-selection: select the students for whom you want to recover the documents, right click and choose Recover all the selected documents  and indicate the folder in which  the archive containing all documents must be saved.
