Welcome to Online Help for the Secretariat Webspace
You will find in your Webspace a selection of features available from Client HYPERPLANNING. From Secretariat Webspace, you can:
- specify and modify your coordinates;
- configure the grading services, enter the grades and edit the official documents (gradebooks, report cards, summaries ECTS);
- fill in and/or consult the roll call sheets and follow up on the absences;
- consult and fill in the internship forms;
- enter unavailability and wishes;
- search for available rooms, make reservations and track the requests;
- consult and modify the timetables of the teachers, classes and rooms (displace, cancel, reinstate a course, modify the resources, the duration, etc.).
The available features depend on the choices of the institution. To navigate on your Webspace, use the menu and sub-menus on the top of the screen.
Consult ones notifications

on the top right to display the lateral panel containing all notifications (security alerts, unread messages,
etc.).
Use the communication shortcuts
From the homepage as from any display, you can quickly send an email or communicate with HYPERPLANNING users.
Participate in the forum discussion
Click on the button 
on the bottom right to share your experiences and discover the handy tips of other users.
Disconnect
Click on the button 
to disconnect from the Webspace.
