Find the display

Find a free room for a date or given time slot

1. On the ruler, select the week(s) when you need a room.
2. Eventually refine the search: enter the number of students that the room needs to accommodate and/or select the site and/or tick the option Ignore rooms that have ongoing reservation requests.
3. The number of available rooms is indicated in every time slot: click on one of them to display the rooms in question. A click on a room transfers you to the room’s schedule.
