
To increase the security of your account, tick Set a PIN code. In the popup window, set the code: you will be asked for your password every time you connect to your Webspace from a new device.
When connecting from a new device, you will be able to save the code by ticking the option I add this device to the list of my "recognized" devices: a PIN code will no longer be requested when connecting from this device (unless you are using a private browsing mode); only your username and password will be required. The implementation of the PIN code is recommended. Alternatively,you can choose to receive a notification for each new connection from an unidentified device.
From the rubric Saved devices, you will find all the devices you saved when you login. When you connect to your Webspace from these devices, HYPERPLANNING does not ask you to enter the PIN code and does not send you a notification: only your username and password are required.
It is recommended to only save devices that are only used by you or trusted persons. If you no longer use one of these devices or it become accessible to others, delete it from the list of saved devices: select the corresponding line and click the button
or use the key [Del].
In the rubric Contact information, fill in/modify the wanted fields (e-mail address or cellphone number).
To be informed of the arrival of a message, survey or information without having to connect to HYPERPLANNING, activate the option Email.
