The Students Webspace is the Webspace from which every student connects. For this, he/she must enter a username and password that are automatically generated (Password and username). According to the granted authorizations, he/she can:

Publish and configure the Students Webspace

Online Webspaces

Specify the publication date for the gradebooks, report cards, competencies, etc. 

The results of a test/evaluation of competencies is published on the date indicated by the teacher during the creation of the test/evaluation. If the teacher planned a corrected copy, it is published at the same time.

By default, the gradebooks are published at the beginning of each semester. To modify the publication dates, go to Communication > PRONOTE.net > , select Students Webspace in the drop-down menu, then Gradebooks in the tree structure (Gradebooks).

By default, the report cards and periodic assessments are published at the end of each semester. To modify the publication dates, go to Communication > PRONOTE.net > , select Students Webspace in the drop-down menu, then My report card (Report card) and/or My periodic assessment (Competence bulletin) the tree structure.

Note: the dates are identical for the Parents Webspace.

See the date of the last connection to the Students Webspace

Consult the column  Date of last connection from the tab Resources > Students >   List. If you do not see this column, click on the button   on the top right of the list to display it (List).

Suspend the access for the students that are no longer in the institution

If you do not un-tick the option Block the connection to the Students Webspace in the confirmation window that is displayed when you enter a departure date for the student, PRONOTE automatically blocks the access to the Webspace.

If you to block the access ulteriorly, un-tick the option, then when you want to block the connection, right-click on the student and choose Block the connection of the students departed from the institution.
