Personalized accompaniment

Create the subjects for personalized accompaniment

So that the personalized accompaniment courses can be accounted for as personalized accompaniment, the subjects of these courses must be labeled PA.

1. Go to the tab Timetable > Subjects >  List.
2. Click on the creation line, enter the subject’s name and validate using the key [Enter].
3. Click in the column Pers. Acc. to display a green tick.

Note: before the services are transferred to STSWEB, it will be necessary to match the subject labelled AP in EDT and the STSWEB subject for which these studies will be counted (STSWEB (Transferring the services)).

Group with a variable population

Know the number of personalized accompaniment hours for a class

 Prerequisite  The subjects have been specified as PA subjects.

1. Go to the tab Timetable > Classes >  Summary of the services.
2. Click on the button  on the top right of the list (List).
3. In the popup window, select 2 as the Number of rubrics to be cumulated in the drop-down menu.
4. Place the columns Classes and Type of studies in the list of the displayed columns and use the arrows to place them at the top of the list then validate.
5. Click on the cumulative level  on the top right of the list: under every class, you will find the total of performed hours in the framework of common studies, personalized accompaniment and every ITP (EPI) thematic (ITP).

Know the number of personalized accompaniment hours for a teacher

 Prerequisite  The subjects have been specified as PA subjects.

1. Go to the tab Timetable > Teachers >  Summary of the services.
2. Click on the button  on the top right of the list (List).
3. In the popup window, select 2 as the Number of rubrics to be cumulated in the drop-down menu.
4. Place the columns Teacher and Type of studies in the list of the displayed columns and use the arrows to place them at the top of the list then validate.
5. Click on the cumulative level  on the top right of the list: under every teacher, you will find the total of performed hours in the framework of common studies, personalized accompaniment and every ITP (EPI) thematic (ITP).
