ITP

To count the hours for the ITP Interdisciplinary Teaching Practices and automatically create the corresponding services "without grades" in PRONOTE, the concerned subject of the course must be linked to an ITP thematic.

Link a subject to a ITP (EPI) thematic

 Prerequisite  The subject has been created beforehand.

  1. Go to the tab Timetable > Subjects >  List.
  2. Double-click in the column ITP thematic. If you do not see this column, click on the buttonS  on the top right of the list to display it (List).
  3. In the popup window, double-click on the corresponding ITP thematic.

Allow the teacher to indicate at what time the ITP (EPI) will take place (Teachers Webspace)

So that the teacher can indicate at what time the ITP will take place, at least one of his/her courses with the class has a subject linked to an ITP thematic.

From the timetable on the homepage of the Teachers Webspace, the teacher right-clicks on the course and chooses Replace by a course of….

Note: if you authorize the teacher to modify his/her timetable, he/she can also sunder his/her course in two (Split a course) and indicate that only one of the hours is dedicated to the ITP.

View the number of hours for the ITP (EPI) per class

  1. Go to the tab Timetable > Classes >  Summary of the services.
  2. Click on the button on the top right of the list.
  3. In the popup window, select 2 as Number of rubrics to be cumulated in the drop-down menu.
  4. Transfer the columns Class and Type of studies to those displayed and use the arrows to place them on the top of the list. Validate.
  5. Click on the level of aggregation  on the top right of the list: under every class, the total number of hours worked in the framework of common studies, personalized accompaniment (Personalized accompaniment) and every ITP thematic.
