E-mail address

If the e-mail addresses of the staff, teachers, students and their legal guardians are filled in, all the documents and letters can be sent by e-mail.

Fill in an e-mail address

  1. Go to the wanted tab:
    • Timetable > Teachers >  Form,
    • Timetable > Students/Staff >  Information Form,
    • Timetable > Guardians >  Information Form.
  2. Select the person in the list on the left to display his/her form.
  3. Click on the button  of the rubric Identity to edit the information form.
  4. In the popup window, fill in the field E-mail.

Authorize the teachers to modify their e-mail address

  1. Go to the tab Timetable > Teachers >  Authorization profiles.
  2. Select the concerned profile.
  3. In the category General information, tick Modify his/her personal information (identity) (Teacher profile). If you have PRONOTE, the teachers can modifier their e-mail address from the Teachers Webspace.

Do not overwrite the address entered in EDT during an import from SIECLE

  1. In SIECLE's recovery window for the students (SIECLE), deploy Update the students' contact information and Update the students' guardians.
  2. Un-tick E-mail.
