Homework notebook

The teachers can enter in the Homework notebook from the mobile application or from the Client in the tab Homework notebook > Entry >  By teacher.

In hosted mode only: the teaches can connect to their Cloud account (Internet storage such as Digiposte, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive or One Drive) to directly transfer the documents stored in the homework notebook.

New  The teaching assistants now have access in consultation to all of the homework notebook: assignments and course content.

Configuration

For the teachers to be able to fill in the homework notebooks, you must recover the courses from EDT and they must be sufficiently specified (Non exploitable course).

Authorize the teachers to fill in a homework notebook

  1. Go to the tab Resources > Teachers >  Authorization profiles.
  2. In the category Homework notebook, at a minimum tick Enter in the homework notebook.

Associate a homework notebook without a course

If an import has been conducted from EDT after the beginning of the school year and that homework notebooks have been entered for courses that have been moved or deleted,  it is necessary to indicate in PRONOTE to which course the entered homework notebooks should be associated with.

Choose when to publish the homework notebook

By default, the homework notebook is published at the beginning of the course which it is associated with. You can choose to publish at the end of the course from the menu My Preferences > display > Homework notebook.

It is also possible to anticipate the publication of a homework notebook entry by checking the option Publish on the top right of the contents entered in the tab Homework notebook > entry >  My homework notebook .

Define for which courses it is possible to enter an assignment

By default, PRONOTE considers as course "next course"  a course of the same subject to be a with a common resource. This allows you to give an assignment from a course in a whole class to a course for a group, and vice versa.

If you want to be able to give an assignment from an AP or ITP course for a standard course and vice versa, un-tick Course of the same subject in the menu My preferences > display > Homework notebook, frame Specification of previous course/following course.
