Consult the base from last year without activating it 
In hosted mode: if the previous year's database is hosted, you must simply select the academic year in the identification window.
If the database was not hosted the previous year, you can load it on the hosted server (Hosting) and proceed following the directions above.
In non hosted mode: If you have acquired the license for Unlimited Consultation, you can consult another base from the active base.
Prerequisite You must be a user from the group Administration.
- Go to the menu File > Consult a base saved on this workstation.
- In the popup window, go to the folder where last year's base is found and double-click on the base.
- You access the base in Consultation: you can print or export to the national applications. To modify the data, you must have the application User for PRONOTE Single-user Network User (see below).
- To return to the active base, launch the command File > Quit the consultation of the local base.
Modify the last year's base without activating it
To modify a base other that the activated base, you must download the application User for PRONOTE Single-user Network from the site http://www.index-education.com/fr/telecharger-pronote.php and make the acquisition of Additional user for PRONOTE Single-user in Network from our sales department.
