Trace a course

If you know the place for the course, it can be traced directly in the grid of the teacher's timetable, class, group or room. To trace a course with multiple resources of the same type at the same time, select Superimposition mode (Annual timetable).

Trace an annual course in a timetable grid

1. In all of the displays  Timetable, select the resource in the list.
2. Click-drag in the grid to trace the course: a green frame is displayed; it is the matrix of the course that materializes its duration. You can move and/or re-dimension this matrix.
3. Double-click in the middle of the green frame to confirm the creation of the course.
4. The course contains the resource selected from the list. Specify the subject and add the other resources from the course form (Course form).

Trace an occasional course in a timetable grid

1. In all of the displays  Timetable of the week, select the resource in the list.
2. Select the week in the slider on top.
3. Click-drag in the grid to trace the course: a green frame is displayed; it is the matrix of the course, that materializes its duration. You can move and/or re-dimension this matrix.
4. Double-click in the middle of the green frame to confirm the creation of the course.
5. The course contains the resource selected from the list. Specify the subject and add the other resources from the course form (Course form).
6. The course is displayed with the label Occasional (Label for the courses).
