NetSynchro

EDT allows an exchange of student data with SIECLE and to send annual timetables to STSWEB via the NetSychro platform.

Install the certificate

To be able to recover/send data via the NetSychro platform, it is necessary to first import a certificate in the base. The institutions that use NetSychro for the first time must request a certificate from the application Gestion Identité Numérique. Once recovered, the certificate must be imported into the EDT and/or PRONOTE base.

1. Go to the menu Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Recover the students' data.
2. In the frame Choice of import method, click on the button Manage the certificate for NetSychro.
3. In the popup window, click on the button Browse.
4. Indicate the certificate and validate.
5. Enter the password associated with the certificate.
6. Click on Import the certificate.

Recover student data from SIECLE

The recovery of student data is similar to the recovery from SIECLE (SIECLE).

1. Go to the menu Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Recover the students' data.
2. In the frame Choice of import method, select From NetSychro for the year 2021-2022.
3. In the popup window, tick on the data to be recovered, and then click on Import.

Export the student/group links to SIECLE

 Prerequisite  The services have been transferred to STSWEB (STSWEB (import)) and the groups in SIECLE (SIECLE). 

Go to the menu File > Imports/Exports > Export the students/groups links.

Export Institutional Administration to NetSynchro

 Prerequisite  You must login as an administrator and be connected to a common database for EDT and PRONOTE.

Go to the menu Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Export Institutional Administration (NetSynchro).
