Mock baccalaureate exam (Grade School exam, etc.)

If you want to calculate the average of a mock exam and eventually edit a specific document for this exam, you must create a customized period and link all the corresponding grades.

Define a period for the mock Baccalaureate exam 

 Prerequisite  You must be a user from the group Administration.

1. Go to the menu Parameters > institution > Customized periods.
2. Click in the creation line, enter "Mock Baccalaureate exam" and validate with the key [Enter].
3. In the popup window, select the date of the first exam, validate and do the same for the last exam.
4. In the new window that is displayed, tick the concerned level.

Enter the coefficients for the mock Baccalaureate exam 

 Prerequisite  You must be a user from the group Administration and have created a period for the mock baccalaureate exam.

1. Go to the tab Resources > Classes >  Services per class.
2. Select the classes that have the same coefficient in the list.
3. Select the period Mock baccalaureate exam in the drop-down menu on the top right.
4. Select the services that must have the same coefficient, right-click and choose Modify the selected services > Modify the coefficient.
5. In the popup window, enter the wanted coefficient and validate: you will find it in the column Coeff. mock baccalaureate exam.

Edit a report card with all the grades of a mock Baccalaureate exam

 Prerequisite  You have created a period for the mock baccalaureate exam and the tests associated with this period.

1. Create a specific mock-up in the tab Report cards > Mock-ups >  Specification.
2. Allocate this mock-up to the concerned class for the period "Mock baccalaureate exam" in the tab  Report cards > Mock-ups >  Allocation per period and per class.
3. In Report cards > Entry of the appraisals and Report card > Printing , select the period " Mock baccalaureate exam" in the drop-down menu on the top right to enter the appraisals and print the report cards. Just as you would for a classic report card (Report card).
