Competence evaluation
The teachers can evaluate the classes for their grading services. The staff can evaluated the students of the classes for which they have access.
The entry is conducted in the tab Competencies > Evaluations >
Entry. When creating a graded test (Test), it is possible to create an evaluation associated with it .
Create an evaluation

- Go to the tab Competencies > Evaluations >
Entry.
- Select Classes or Groups in the drop-down menu. When the service does not concern a full class (and only a full class), it is defined for a group: classes + ULIS students, classes in half-groups,
language groups, etc. and a service/staff member in the lists on the left.
- Select a class/group and a service/staff member in the list on the left.
- Select the period in the drop-down menu on the top right and click in the creation line.
- In the popup window, enter:
- a title for the evaluation,
- the date of the evaluation,
- the publication date of the results and corrected copy on the online Webspaces,
- the period,
- the coefficient (a coefficient 0 allows you to not take into account the evaluation in the assessments),
- Click on the line Add the competencies to select the competencies for which the students are evaluated.
- In the popup window, tick the evaluated elements among those in the reference frames per domain and/or per subject.
- Once the competencies are chosen, you can arrange them differently with the arrows on the top right of the list of competencies.
- define the default proficiency level that will accelerate the entry and allocate a coefficient that will be taken into account in the positioning calculation;
- arrange the competencies using the arrows on the top right of the list.
- Validate. The evaluation created is displayed on the right.
Create an evaluation at the same time as a graded test

During the creation of a graded test (Test), you can create an associated evaluation.
- Go to the tab Grades > Entry of the grades >
Entry.
- Select Classes or Groups in the drop-down menu.
- Select a class or group and then a service in the list on the left.
- Select the period in the drop-down menu on the top right.
- Click on the button Create a test.
- In the popup window, in addition to the test's parameters, tick Create an evaluation.
- In the popup window, tick the evaluated competencies and validate.
- Click on the button Create: the evaluation is created at the same time as the test.

Prerequisite An evaluation has been created.
- Go to the tab Competencies > Evaluations >
Entry of the evaluations.
- Select a class and a service/staff member in the lists on the left.
- Select the evaluation to display the proficiency level table.
- A double-click in the cell will display the possible level in a window: double-click on the student's level. To accelerate the process, you can:
- proceed by multi-selection: by a click on a student to enter all his/her items; [Shift + click] to enter in a contiguous range of cells; [Ctrl + click] to enter in scattered cells;
- modify the manner of entering by clicking on the button
on the top right: instead of entering the same competence for all the students before going to the next competence, you
enter all the competencies of a student before going to the next student;
- use the keyboard shortcuts (also possible in multi-selection).
- To add a commentary to the proficiency level, select it, right-click and choose Add a commentary: it will be displayed while hovering over the icon.
Note: allocate a default proficiency level during the creation of the evaluation (see above) is another method to accelerate the entry!

- Go to the tab Competencies > Evaluations >
List of evaluations of the academic year.
