Roster

The rosters take the photos of the students, teachers and staff that were added to the personal forms. The photos of the teachers are displayed with their teachable subjects (Subject). With PRONOTE, the rosters can be consulted from the Webspaces.

Go to the wanted tab:

Edit a personalized roster

For students:

  1. Go to the tab Timetable > Students >  Roster.
  2. Select the wanted students (Multi-selection) .

For teachers or staff members:

  1. Go to the tab Timetable > Teachers/Staff >  Roster.
  2. Select the wanted teachers/staff members (Multi-selection), conduct an extraction [Ctrl + X].

Authorize the teachers to consult the rosters

  1. Go to the tab Timetable > Teachers >  Authorization profiles.
  2. Select the concerned profile.
  3. In the category Roster, tick the rosters that the teachers can consult.

Print the rosters

  1. In all the displays  and , select the concerned resource(s).
  2. Click on the button  in the tool bar.
  3. In the popup window, indicate your preferences for the page layout. Verify the results in Preview before clicking on Print.
