Color of the interfaces

Modify the color of the interfaces

  1. Go to the menu My preferences > display > Colors.
  2. You can choose a color for every group of tabs and modify the grid backgrounds of the timetables.

Color of the courses

The courses can be displayed in the color of the subjects or classes. You can choose a different criterion according to the resource: for example color the course according to the class in the teacher’s timetable, and according to the subject in the timetables of the classes or rooms.

Choose to color the courses

  1. Go to the menu My preferences > grids > Contents of the courses.
  2. In the first drop-down menu, select the type of resource.
  3. In the second drop-down menu, select the criterion according to which the courses will be colored:

Allocate the colors to the subjects

  1. Go to the tab Timetable > Subjects >  List.
  2. If you do not see the column Color , click on the button  on the top right of the list to display it (List).
  3. Select all the subjects for which you want to allocate the same color to, right-click and select Modify > Color > Allocate the same color. You can also directly double-click in the column .
  4. In the popup window, select the wanted color.

Note: to rapidly allocate a different color to every subject, select all the subjects [Ctrl + A], right-click and choose the command Modify > Color > Allocate a random color to each.

Allocate the colors to the classes and groups

  1. Go to the tab Timetable > Classes/Groups >  List.
  2. If you do not see the column Color , click on the button  on the top right of the list to display it (List).
  3. Select all the classes or groups for which you want to allocate the same color to, right-click and select Modify > Color > Allocate the same color. You can also double-click directly in the column .
  4. In the popup window, select the wanted color.

Note: to rapidly allocate a different color to every class/group, select all the classes/all the groups [Ctrl + A], right-click and choose the command Modify > Color > Allocate a random color to each.

Display bright colors

  1. Go to the menu My preferences > grids > Contents of the courses.
  2. To display the courses without subdued colors or trim on the borders, un-tick the option Subdued colors in the rubric Courses' colors.

Print the courses in color/black and white

  1. In the timetables’ printing window, go to the tab Presentation.
  2. In the frame Color of the courses, choose the color for the background and for the text that is displayed in the courses.
  3. Verify the preview before printing.
