Access the mobile version of the Webspace

Your institution may place a mobile version at your disposition, which facilitates the browsing on your Webspace from a smartphone. Your institution chooses the pages that are accessible in this version.

To access your Webspace from your cellphone you do not need to download an application: you access an optimized mobile version of the Webspace via the browser on your phone. To obtain the address for the mobile version’s site you must first connect to your Webspace from a computer.

Click on the button Code to be flashed with the mobile application.

The URL to be used from your cellphone is indicated on the top of this window. To avoid copying it you can scan the QR code.

Download Client PRONOTE

Customization

Display/Mask the homepage

If you un-tick Launch the homepage on every connection, the Webspace will open to the page displayed when it was last closed. (The homepage remains  accessible from the menu.)

Change the language

Click on the flag to choose the language in the drop-down menu (English, Spanish, French or Italian).

Change the color of the Webspace

Choose a new color in the drop-down menu.

Generalities

Display/Mask other teachers' data

You can choose to Mask the data of other teachers so that you only see your classes and groups in the drop-down menus (for the homework notebooks, grades, report cards, liaison notebook, punishments, etc.).

Courses' colors

Modify the color of the courses in my timetable

By default, the courses are colored according to the color of the class in the teachers' timetables. If you teach several subjects, you may prefer a timetable where the courses are colored according to the subjects.

Homework notebooks

Activate the entry of the program elements

By ticking Activate the entry of the program elements, you then can enter the program elements worked on in the homework notebook, even if they have not been planned in the report card mock-up.

Define for what course it is possible to give an assignment

By default, PRONOTE considers as "following course" a course of the same subject having a resource in common. This allows you to give an assignment from a course to a entire class for a course in a group, and inversely, as well as not being blocked by the planned attendance or absence of a LUIE student.

If you want to give an assignment from a PA or ITP course to a standard course and inversely, un-tick Course of the same subject.
