TURBOSELF

The institutions that have chosen the hosted mode can allow users to connect from PRONOTE to their Client TURBOSELF Webspace without authenticating a second time and set up an automatic exchange of data.

An interconnection between TURBOSELF and PRONOTE allows a synchronization of the two databases. This allows:

• to export the rights of way to the TURBOSELF cafeteria to PRONOTE (automatic at 30 minutes past midnight).
• to import for the opposition in TURBOSELF with the absent students in PRONOTE (automatic after every meal).
• to export the meal absences in TURBOSELF to PRONOTE (automatic after every meal).

For this: the interested institutions must contact TURBOSELF to activate the module PRONOTE for the interconnection PRONOTE - TURBOSELF.

Allow the users to directly access their Client TURBOSELF Webspace 

The users access their Client TURBOSELF Webspace from a public link in the rubric Useful links on their PRONOTE homepage.

 Prerequisite  You must be a user from the group Administration and have exported the *.xml file for the reconciliation of identities from the PRONOTE module of TURBOSELF (for more information, contact TURBOSELF).

1. Go to the tab Communication > Partners > Partners linked to the food service.
2. Select TURBOSELF in the list on the left.
3. On the right, click on the button Import the usernames.
4. Specify the *.xml file exported from TURBOSELF.
5. Go to the tab Reconciliation of the identities and verify if the reconciliation has been conducted for all the users: if necessary, double-click on the cell to manually cross reference the PRONOTE user and his/her TURBOSELF username.
6. In the tab Interconnection, tick Activate the authentication delegation.
7. Enter the title of the link and tool text that is displayed on the users' homepages.
8. If needed, un-tick the non concerned users (Teachers/Guardians/Students/Staff).

Automatically exchange information with TURBOSELF 

There are three types of information exchange between PRONOTE and TURBOSELF:

• from TurboSelf to PRONOTE: automatically recover in PRONOTE (every night at 30 minutes past midnight) the rights of way (days when the students has lunch/dinner at the cafeteria);
• from TurboSelf to TURBOSELF: automatically recover (before every meal) the absent students (internships, Student Administration absence, etc.)  in  TURBOSELF to place them in opposition;
• from TurboSelf to PRONOTE: automatically recover (after every meal) the cafeteria absences  in PRONOTE.

A manual recovery can be launched at any time from the PRONOTE module of TURBOSELF.

 

 Prerequisite  You must be a user from the group Administration and have imported the TURBOSELF usernames and verified the reconciliation of the identities (see above).

1. Go to the tab Communication >  Partners > Partners linked to the food service.
2. Select TurboSelf  in the list on the left.
3. On the right, Activate the exchanges linked to catering.
4. Click on the button Export the security key, and then load the security key exported via the PRONOTE module of TURBOSELF (for more information, contact TURBOSELF).
