Mailing list

Create a mailing list to rapidly reach a large number of contacts.

Create a mailing list 

  1. Go to the tab Communication > Messaging service >  Mailing lists.
  2. Click on the creation line, enter a designation and validate with the key [Enter].
  3. Select the created list, click on the preceding every resource to add students, guardians, teachers, etc.
  4. By default, the mailing list can only be used by its creator. Click in the column  to share the list with other users.

Authorize the staff connected in Administrative mode to share a mailing list 

 Prerequisite  You must login as the SPR.

  1. Go to the menu File > User administration.
  2. In the popup window, click on .
  3. Select the concerned group from the list on the left.
  4. Select the category Communication and then tick Share his/her mailing lists.

Authorize the teachers/staff connected in Student Administration mode to share a mailing list 

  1. Go to the tab Resources > Teachers/Staff >  Authorization profiles.
  2. Select a profile in the list on the left.
  3. In the category Communication, tick Share his/her mailing lists.

Use a mailing list 

  1. Go to the tab Communication > Messaging service >  Mailing lists.
  2. Select the mailing list and click on the button   or  in the tool bar.

Note: you also can click on the button  in a dispatch window of a survey, discussion or information.
