Homeroom teacher

A homeroom teacher must be specified as a homeroom teacher to be able to perform certain actions (have access in Class Committee mode, enter the overall appraisals, modify the photos, modify the report card and gradebook mock-ups, consult the documents uploaded by parents from their Webspace, etc.).

Designate the homeroom teacher for a class 

  1. Go to the tab Resources > Classes >  List.
  2. Double-click in the column Homeroom teach.

Designate the classes where the teacher is the homeroom teacher 

  1. Go to the tab Resources > Teachers >  List.
  2. Double-click in the column Homeroom teacher of.

Mention the homeroom teacher on the report card 

  1. Go to the tab Report cards > Mock-ups >  Specification.
  2. Select a report card mock-up in the list on the left.
  3. In the tab Header, frame Class header, tick Homeroom teacher.

View the actions limited to homeroom teachers 

  1. Go to the tab Resources > Teachers >  Authorization profiles.
  2. Select a profile in the list on the left.
  3. In the list of authorization on the right, all the actions for homeroom teachers are indicated with the mention (Homeroom Teach.).
