Users connected to the Webspaces
Configure the automatic disconnection of the Webspaces' users
Prerequisite You must login as the SPR.
- In hosted mode, go to the hosting console In the panel PRONOTE.net
, tab Security parameters. In non-hosted mode, go to the application
, panel Security parameters.
- In the frame Disconnection of users, in the drop-down menu select the length of inactivity after which the users will be disconnected.
Users connected to Client PRONOTE
Configure the automatic disconnection of the teachers 
Prerequisite You must login as the SPR.
- Go to the tab Resources > Teachers >
Authorization profiles.
- Select a profile.
- In the frame Automatic disconnection on the bottom left of the screen, tick Disconnect the teachers with this profile in case of inactivity superior to, then enter the wanted value.
Configure the automatic disconnection of the staff in School Administration mode 
Prerequisite You must login as the SPR.
- Go to the tab Resources > Staff >
Authorization profiles.
- Select a profile.
- In the frame Automatic disconnection on the bottom left of the screen, tick Disconnect the staff with this profile in case of inactivity superior to, then enter the wanted value.
Configure the automatic disconnection of the staff in Administrative mode 
Prerequisite You must login as the SPR.
- Go to the menu File > User administration.
- In the popup window, click on
.
- Select a group of users.
- In the frame Automatic disconnection, tick Disconnect the users of this group in case of inactivity superior to, then enter the wanted value.
Manually disconnect a user 
Prerequisite You must login as the SPR.
- Go to the menu Server > Display the list of connected users.
- Right-click on the concerned user and choose Disconnect the user….
