WHM (Weekly Hourly Maximum)

The Weekly Hourly Maximum is strictly complied with during an automatic placement. During a manual placement the exceedance is indicated, but can be ignored.

Limit the number of hours per week for a subject

  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Subjects >  List.
  2. Fill in the column WHM (Weekly hour max.). If you do not see it, click on the button  on the top right of the list to display it (List).

Limit the number of hours per week for a teacher

  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Teachers >  List.
  2. Fill in the column WHM (Weekly hour max.). If you do not see it, click on the button  on the top right of the list to display it (List).

Note: you can also limit the number of days of the course per week (MDW (Maximum number of Days of attendance per Week).

Limit the number of course hours per week for a class

  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Classes >  List.
  2. Fill in the column WHM (Weekly hour max.). If you do not see it, click on the button  on the top right of the list to display it (List).

See when a course placement fails to respect the WHM of a resource

  1. From the display  Timetable, select the course and click on it to transfer to the Diagnosis mode (Diagnosis of a course).
  2. Move the green frame to the slot of your choice. If the Weekly Hourly Maximum of a resource is exceeded, the symbol  is displayed in the course form.
