Students Webspace

Students is a online Webspace, where the students can connect with a personal username (Username) and password (Password). They can:

• fill in their contact information and load their photo;
• consult their timetable updated in real time;
• consult their results (gradebooks and report cards);
• consult their report card and download it in a PDF format;
• consult the summary of their absences;
• see their assignments and download the documents made available by their teachers.

The mobile version of the Webspace allows an interface adapted for a smartphone.

Publish/Do not publish the Students Webspace and the mobile version

 Prerequisite  You must login as an administrator.

1. Go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
2. Select Students Webspace in the tree structure on the left, then tick/un-tick Publish the Webspace and its mobile version.

Do not publish a page

 Prerequisite  You must login as an administrator.

1. Go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
2. Select Students Webspace in the tree structure on the left.
3. In the tab Contents, un-tick the pages that you do not want to publish.

Authorize the entry/modification of the contact information from Students Webspace

 Prerequisite  You must login as an administrator.

1. Go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
2. Select Students Webspace in the tree structure on the left.
3. In the tab Authorizations, tick the contact information that the student will have the possibility to modify.
