Placement features

The placement features of a course are only useful when you use the automatic placement.

A course can have a place that is:

• stationary : the class meetings take place every week in the same time slot,
• variable : the place of the class meetings can vary from one week to another.

Furthermore, the class meetings of a course can be:

• mobiles: the number of weeks in which the class meetings can take place is superior to the number of class meetings; by indicating the potential weeks of the course (Slider), you leave an advantage of possibilities during an automatic placement;
• cumulative: it is possible to place several class meetings of a course in the same week.

These placement features are visible from the list of the courses, in the columns Place status ( or ) and Mobility (M or C).

Modify the placement features

1. Go to the tab Schedules > Courses >  List.
2. Select the concerned courses, right-click and choose the option in Modify > Placement features.
