Pedagogical coordinator

The pedagogical coordinator is a teacher. He/She is the only teacher that can enter an overall comment and decision in the report card from Teachers Webspace.

Indicate the pedagogical coordinator of a class

1. Go to the tab Schedules > Classes >  List .
2. Fill in the column Pedagogical coordinator. If you do not see this column, click on the button  on the top right of the list to display it (List).

Authorize the pedagogical coordinator to consult the timetables of other teachers

1. Go to the tab Schedules > Teachers >  Authorization profiles.
2. In the category The other data, tick Timetable and summary of the courses of the other teachers and Only allow access to teachers of the classes that they "coordinate".

Transmit the documents to the pedagogical coordinators

Launch the printing as usual. In the window that is displayed after clicking on Print/E-mail, tick Pedagogical coordinators among the recipients.
