Only display the data marked "eye"
This option allows the shortening of the lists by durably hiding data that does not concerns you.
Apply the filtering defined by the administrator
If the administrator specified the visibility of the rubrics according to the users/user groups, a click is all that is needed to shorten your lists.
- Go to the menu My preferences > display > General.
- Tick the option Only display the data marked
.
- Choose the wanted option.
- Click on the button Apply the filtering defined by the administrator.
Manually designate the data that you want to mask
If no filtering has been specified, you can manually designate data that is to be displayed/hidden in the lists. This only needs to be done once. Your configuration is kept from one session to another.
- If you do not see the column
Eye, click on the button
on the top right of the list to display it (List). In this column, if there is:
: the line remains displayed when the option Only display the data marked
is activated.
: the line is masked when the option Only display the data marked
is deactivated.
- Select the data that you want to mask.
- Right-click and choose Data to display > Do not display the selection.
- Go to the menu My preferences > display > General.
- Tick the option Only display the data marked
. Once the option is activated, only the data marked
is visible in the lists. The configuration is retained: it will function at every connection.
Know if the option Only display the marked data is active or not
Look at the eye at the bottom of the screen to the left of the counter: if the eye appears in color
, the option is activated; if the eye is shadowed
, the option is not activated.
A click on the eye directly displays the window My preferences > display > General.
Display all the data again
- Go to the menu My preferences > display > General.
- Tick the option Display the data marked
.
