Occupancy rate

The occupancy rate is an indicator calculated according to the courses: it allows you to know how for many hours each resource is occupied. The result depends on the chosen configuration and can be expressed in hours or percentages.

Choose the calculation mode

  1. Go to the menu My preferences > data > Teachers, Classes, etc.
  2. Choose if the duration of the course must be expressed according to:
  3. Eventually tick the options to take into account the holidays, unplaced courses, or only the extracted courses.

See the occupancy rate of a resource for the active period

  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Teachers/Classes/Groupings/Rooms >  List.
  2. Activate the weeks to be taken into account on the bottom slider.
  3. The column Occupancy period indicates for every resource the number of hours when it is occupied. If you do not see this column, click on the button  on the top right of the list to display it (List).
  4. By clicking on the arrow next to the title of the column, you can choose a display in percentages (Occupancy rate) or in hours with the total (Time volume) or without (Course duration). A click on the button  opens the window for the choice of the calculation model (see above).

See the annual occupancy rate of a resource

  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Teachers/Classes/Groupings/Rooms >  List.
  2. The column Annual occupancy indicates for every resource the number of hours when it is occupied. If you do not see this column, click on the button  on the top right of the list to display it (List).
