Module (curriculum)

A module assembles several studies under the same designation. This corresponds for example to the UE (Teaching Units) in the universities. A same module can be used for several curriculum.

The entry of the modules is optional; it saves time if certain modules are found in several curricula and if you want these groupings to appear on the report card.

Enter a module

  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Curricula and modules >  Editing of modules.
  2. Click on the line Create a module, enter the name of the module and validate using the key [Enter].
  3. Select the module and click on the line Add a subject.
  4. In the popup window, tick the subjects to be added to the module and validate.
  5. For every subject, enter the time volume to be performed per type of course by clicking in the corresponding columns (course, group, workshop…).

Duplicate a module

  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Curricula and modules >  Editing of modules.
  2. Select a module, right-click and choose Duplicate the selection. You can then easily edit the similar modules by only changing the information that differs.

Modify the display of the modules in the lists and selection windows

  1. Go to the menu My preferences > data > Curriculum.
  2. You can choose to display or mask the curricula code and to sort the modules according to the code or the name.
