Memo for a course
The memo is information relative to a course, it is possible to display or hide the memo in the course form and/or in the Webspaces.
Display/Mask the memo in the course form
From the course form, click on the button
and tick/un-tick Memo.
Enter a memo
From the course form, enter the memo in the space on the bottom of the course form or click on the button
and enter the memo in the popup window.
Display/Mask the memo for the courses in Client or in Single-user version
- Go to the menu My preferences > schedules > Content of the courses.
- Select in the drop-down menu, the type of resource in the timetables for which you want to display or mask the memo.
- Double-click in front of Memo to tick or un-tick the option.
Display/Mask the memo for the courses in the Webspaces
- Go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
- Click on Schedule configuration > Teachers (for example) in the tree structure on the left, then click on the tab Course parameters.
- Tick/Un-tick the columns corresponding to the Memo.
