Extract the data

Extracting data in HYPERPLANNING consists of just displaying this data in the lists. It significantly helps the legibility of data, which helps the manipulations.

Here are some of the most frequent extractions. You are encouraged to explore the menu Extract to see if other extractions can be useful.

Extract the selected data.

Extract the courses of the selected resource.

Display all the resources of the list.

Extract a selection of data

  1. Select the data to be extracted in the list that you are working on.
  2. Right-click and choose Extract > Extract the selection or use the keyboard shortcut [Ctrl + X].

Extract all the data (reinstate the complete list)

From a list launch the command Extract > Extract all or use the keyboard shortcut [Ctrl + T]. You can verify that you found all the data of the list in the counter on the bottom left of the list .

Extract the courses of the selected resource

  1. From a list of resources, select the resource for which you want to extract the courses.
  2. Right-click and choose Extract > Extract the selection's courses or use the keyboard shortcut [Ctrl + U].
  3. HYPERPLANNING transfers to the display Schedules > Courses >  List and only displays the selection's courses.

Extract the data according the specified criteria

  1. From a list, launch the command Extract > Specify an extraction [Ctrl + E].
  2. In the popup window, tick the wanted options and click on Extract.
