Disconnection of the users

Configure the automatic disconnection of the teachers

 Prerequisite  You must be connected as an administrator.

1. Go to the tab Timetable > Teachers >  Authorization profiles.
2. Select a profile.
3. In the frame Automatic disconnection, tick Disconnect the teachers with this profile in case of inactivity superior to, then enter the appropriate value.

Configure the automatic disconnection of the administrative users

 Prerequisite  You must be connected as an administrator.

1. Go to the menu File > User administration.
2. In the popup window, click on .
3. Select a group of users.
4. In the frame Automatic disconnection, tick Disconnect the users with this group in case of inactivity superior to, then enter the appropriate value.

Manually disconnect a user

1. Go to one of the following applications:
   • Server , panel Connected users;
   • Client , menu Server > Display the list of connected users.
2. Right-click on the concerned user and choose Disconnect the user….
